Chill Mobile teaches students about gratitude, kindness

The Chill Mobile’s Allegheny Health Network’s behavioral therapists recently taught Curtisville students about:
- 1. Expressing gratitude to cultivate a positive mindset, reduce stress and enhance well-being to create a better learning environment
- 2. Acts of kindness to foster empathy and social connections to build a supporting atmosphere that encourages collaboration
We look forward to Chill Mobile's experts introducing students to more ideas and coping skills to better the environment around them and to “chill” if they are feeling anxious or overwhelmed about something!
